Dynamic Relay is an end-to-end package designed for businesses to securely collect survey and form submissions from remote employees. All application modules are designed and built with industry standard tools in mind which simplifies integration into existing infrastructure and minimizes overhead cost.

Our Mobile applications allow form submissions both online and offline by caching user data until synchronization. Mobile users can view, edit, and submit forms directly from the mobile device.

The web application utilizes a drag-and-drop web-based builder complete with a real-time GUI preview. The web portal also includes a simple form response view – though customers typically create their own reports utilizing direct access to the database back-end. Other administrative functions are also available through the web interface.

Can we use the app without an active data connection?

Yes! The mobile apps operate seamlessly with or without an active data connection. While offline – users can still access available forms and save responses for later submission. The data is cached locally on the device until the response is sent after the connection is restored.

What are the server requirements for on-premise installations?

We have developed DynamicRelay to work effortlessly with standardized industry tools. Our server-side API & web-service runs on windows devices and requires IIS.

The available license packages don't work for us, can we pick and choose what we want?

It depends. Our features are compartmentalized into feature groups. Drop us a line with the specifications of your project and we’ll find the perfect fit!

How do we deploy the application to our devices?

Customers of all shapes and sizes can download the free mobile applications directly from their respective app stores.

For enterprise customers who have been designated a custom RSA Encryption key will need to utilize a Mobile Device Management (MDM) application to control the app distribution to end-user devices.

How do you handle feature requests?

We are always working to improve DynamicRelay. Thanks to our SAAS development approach: all customers will benefit from feature improvements.
